The Circle of Intrapreneurs empowers people to drive social impact through business by nurturing a 5000+ strong community of purpose-driven intrapreneurs and allies, providing a space in which they can grow and flourish.
The initiative provides support to so-called 'social intrapreneurs' through (1) thought leadership, (2) facilitating networking opportunities, and (3) providing practical support with developing and delivering ideas.
The community was founded by Tim Heard and David Spears in 2015, and rapidly grew into a global community of local-led chapters. Skadi Mobius and I joined the community chapter-leadership team in 2019, and took responsibility for managing the Dutch delegation.
We have co-hosted workshops, aimed at equipping and inspiring corporate employees, in collaboration with several organizations e.g. One Young World, Social Enterprise Days and eventually had to stop our activities due to the COVID-19 crisis and pivot of the community's working model.
